The Belmont County Sheriff's Office Civil Division consists of an Administrative Assistant, Sheriff's Secretary, Office Deputy, Administrative Clerk, and a Uniformed Deputy Sheriff whose primary responsibility is service of civil process. The Civil Division's duties include processing of civil papers and warrants, jury veire, Sheriff's and tax foreclosure sales of real estate, processing of criminal warrants, fiscal and administration in the day to day operations of the Sheriff's Office. |
